She’s Visible™ is a personal branding training and professional development platform helping women in leadership and business recognize their unique value, confidently communicate their contributions, and take greater ownership of what they're known for.
Through engaging keynotes, interactive workshops, and educational resources, we teach professional women how to strengthen their personal brands, build relationships, and put their expertise forward to make a greater impact in their careers, businesses, and organizations.
We partner with corporations, businesses, professional associations, and other organizations to deliver personal branding education through employee resource groups (ERGs), business resource groups (BRGs), women's leadership initiatives, learning and development programs, conferences, universities, membership organizations, and professional communities.
Our programs equip participants with practical tools, resources, and action steps they can apply immediately and throughout their careers.

Doing great work is important, but being able to recognize, communicate, and demonstrate the value of that work is a professional skill of its own.

I created She's Visible™ because I've been where you are: holding back, unsure how to share my voice, and missing out on opportunities to grow my impact and influence.
Nothing pains me more than seeing brilliant women with so much to contribute struggle to make their value known.
I believe personal branding is one of the most important professional skills we can develop. It's about recognizing what makes you valuable, communicating your contributions, and taking ownership of what you're known for.
